The $20 bonus payment only applies to the sale of (1) at least 30 pounds of (2) R11, R12, R113, R114, or R500. Whether or not you have at least 30 pounds is determined at the time of collection, when our technicians are able to weigh your refrigerant. If you believe you have a full 30-pound cylinder but it weighs at less than 30 pounds at the time of collection, you will not qualify for the $20 bonus payment.
